Buyers & Sellers: Former NFLer Antonio Pierce Puts California Mansion On The Market

Former NFLer ANTONIO PIERCE has put his home in Palos Verdes Estates, Calif., on the market for $8M. The 10,297-square-foot home, built in '83, overlooks the Pacific Ocean and "sits on a hillside lot in Lunada Bay that maximizes the view." A balcony, which "wraps the wide rear of house, overlooks a sunken tennis court." The home has a six bedrooms and eight baths (LATIMES.com, 8/3).

CUTTING ALL TIES: Rockets G CHRIS PAUL has "put a home" in Woodland Hills, Calif., on the market for $2.195M. Built in '14, the Mediterranean-style house has a "little over 6,400 square feet of living space that includes an open-plan living room, a cook’s kitchen, a wine room and a separate bar." The entrance "features a two-story foyer with a sweeping staircase" (LATIMES.com, 8/9).

CONDO COMMANDOS: Pro Football HOFer DEION SANDERS has "sold his condominium in a Dallas high-rise" for $4.05M. The three-bedroom, 4 1/2-bathroom residence is "one of only two penthouse units at the Azure building and features a private elevator and rooftop swimming pool." Appointments "include floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors and custom cabinetry in the kitchen." There are three fireplaces in "roughly 5,100 square feet of living space" (LATIMES.com, 8/8)....Former USMNT player LANDON DONOVAN has "sold a Staples Center-close condominium" in L.A. that he "owned in a trust" for $1.955M. The 1,920-square-foot open-plan space "contains a living room area, an eat-in kitchen, an office nook, two bedrooms and three bathrooms." The building "offers a rooftop swimming pool, a fitness center and valet and concierge services" (LATIMES.com, 8/7).

LAYING DOWN ROOTS: Titans OT JACK CONKLIN has "bought a home" in Oak Hill, Tenn., for nearly $1.5M. Located on 1.38 acres, the two-story, 6,500-square-foot brick home "has five bedrooms, five bathrooms and two half baths" (TENNESSEAN.com, 8/8).
