American Made: CBS To Air Semifinals, Finals Of AAC Hoops Tournament In '18

CBS will air the semifinals and finals of the American Athletic Conference's men's basketball tournament next March as part of a sublicense deal with ESPN. The games will be played on March 10-11, with the tournament finals that Sunday serving as the lead-in to CBS' NCAA Tournament selection show. ESPN will continue to air the first two days of the ACC tourney, and will resume broadcasting the entire event in '19. The AAC games will fill a void in CBS' schedule that was created when the Big Ten moved its conference tournament one week earlier. CBS will air the Big Ten semifinals and finals on March 3-4 (THE DAILY).
