Buyers & Sellers: Steve Nash Sells Tuscan-Style Arizona Residence For $3.175M

Former NBAer STEVE NASH has "sold his home in Paradise Valley, Ariz.," for $3.175M. The Tuscan-style residence, "set on more than an acre, has a courtyard entry, vaulted beam ceilings and custom built-ins." The "nearly 6,500 square feet of living space includes a living room with a stone fireplace, a library, a game room, a wine cellar, five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms." There is also a study with "wood built-ins, a chef’s kitchen and a master suite with a kitchenette, an exercise room and a steam shower" (LATIMES.com, 5/11).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Warriors G STEPHEN CURRY's five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath East Bay estate "went on sale again with a lower price" of $3.5M on Sunday. The Mediterranean-style villa with a "modern flair was originally listed" for $3.7M in October '16. The couple "bought the 7,520-square-foot Walnut Creek home, with soaring 20-foot ceilings and outdoor patios off nearly every room," for $3.2M in November '16 (SFGATE.com, 5/15)....Former U.S. sprinter MICHAEL JOHNSON has placed his San Rafael, Calif., home for sale at the "asking price of just under" $3.2M. The 4,500-square-foot home has "five bedrooms, four baths, and is on an approximately 1-acre lot." Built in '01, the "single-level gated estate has 10-foot ceilings, a three-car garage and Mount Tam views" (MERCURYNEWS.com, 5/15)....Former 49ers GM TRENT BAALKE has "sold his San Jose mansion" for $3.1M, below the original $3.298M asking price. The "country club property has four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths over 5,383 square feet." It features a "gourmet kitchen, wine cellar, game room, and outdoor kitchen among many other amenities" (MERCURYNEWS.com, 5/17)....Former Galaxy F LANDON DONOVAN "needed all of one week to find a buyer" for his downtown L.A. condominium, but is still “accepting backup offers” for the unit priced at $1.995M. Within the 1,920 square feet of open-plan space is a "living room area, an eat-in kitchen, an office nook, two bedrooms and three bathrooms." Modern fixtures, tile work and marble flooring are "among appointments found in the master suite" (LATIMES.com, 5/17).
