Buyers & Sellers: Rockets' Leslie Alexander Puts Manhattan Apartment On Market

Rockets Owner LESLIE ALEXANDER has put his apartment in N.Y.'s Baccarat Hotel & Residences "on the market" for $21.5M. He "closed on the apartment" for $20.6M in '15. The 4,545-square-foot apartment "includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a powder room." It also "features panoramic views of Central Park and the city skyline." The "spacious living and dining area connects with a chef's kitchen with Miele and Subzero appliances" (MANSIONGLOBAL.com, 4/19).

YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS! JOHN MCENROE has placed one of his three multimillion dollar homes in Malibu "up on the rental market" at $125,000 for the month of August. Located "inside the guarded gates of the fabled Colony enclave," the '30s Cape Cod-style home has "five bedrooms and five full and two half bathrooms" in not quite 3,700 square feet. McEnroe and his musician wife, PATTY SMYTH, "own two non-contiguous properties in the same gated Malibu enclave" (VARIETY.com, 4/18).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Galaxy MF JERMAINE JONES has put his Encino, Calif., home "up for sale" for $4.495M. The house was "previously owned" by actors TORI SPELLING and DEAN MCDERMOTT. Jones "bought the house" in '11 for $2.5M. The more than 6,700 square feet of living includes "six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms" (LATIMES.com, 4/19)....Former MLBer GARY MATTHEWS JR. has "listed his home" in Corona del Mar, Calif., for $3.995M, a $400,000 "increase from when he last had it up for sale" in '14. Built in '61, the 3,000 square feet of single-story living space "include a dazzling-white kitchen with Calacatta gold countertops, an office, three bedrooms and 2.75 bathrooms" (LATIMES.com, 4/18)....AARON HERNANDEZ' former home near Gillette Stadium is "still on the market." The 5,800-square-foot house, with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, was "put on the market" for $1.5M in March '16. The asking price is now $1.3M (AP, 4/20).
