HE'S A GAMER: Twitch named MICHAEL ARAGON Senior VP/Content. Aragon previously "worked at Ellation, parent company of anime subscription-video service Crunchyroll and VRV." Aragon at Twitch will "oversee global broadcaster partnerships, eSports, Twitch Studios, content development and content marketing teams." He will report to Twitch Founder & CEO EMMETT SHEAR (VARIETY.com, 3/23).

EXECS: Sportradar named ASHOK BALAKRISHNAN Senior VP/Tech & Product Management. Formerly with Nike where he worked on digital product development, Balakrishnan will lead efforts in advanced analytics and data science for the sports data company, and oversee Sportradar's product management teams in N.Y., S.F., and Minneapolis (Eric Fisher, Staff Writer)....NHRA VP/PR TERRY BLOUNT has left the organization and has launched his own media consultancy, Terry Blount Consulting (THE DAILY)....Oregon State named Iowa Assistant AD/Marketing RORI CARLO Assistant AD/Marketing & Fan Engagement (OSU)....The Armory Foundation in N.Y. promoted Exec VP JONATHAN SCHINDEL and CFO RITA FINKEL to co-Presidents, taking over after the sudden death of Founder NORB SANDER on March 17. The Armory hosts the Millrose Games and numerous other indoor track meets (Ben Fischer, Staff Writer).
