USA Track & Field Acquires Media Rights To Penn Relays; NBCSN To Air Coverage

USATF has acquired media rights to the Penn Relays through '20, replacing FloTrack. Subscription service USATF.tv will stream the entire event live, starting with this year’s meet April 27-29, and has secured a one-hour broadcast window on NBCSN on the second day. NBC already airs the USA vs. The World international relay competition on the final day of the event. Financial terms were not disclosed. Penn AD Grace Calhoun said the deal’s expanded TV and streaming coverage is a breakthrough, stating the agreement “represents tremendous vision and innovation.”

CORRECTION: Yesterday's Closing Bell should have stated the Penn Relays will air in part on NBCSN. THE DAILY regrets the error.
