Buyers & Sellers: NHL Panthers' Vincent Viola Purchases DiCaprio's Manhattan Apartment

NHL Panthers Owner VINCENT VIOLA recently purchased LEONARDO DICAPRIO's apartment in Manhattan's Delos building for $8M. The condo was "purchased by an LLC" registered to MICHAEL VIOLA, Vincent's son (PAGESIX.com, 1/10)....Giants QB ELI MANNING recently bought a three-story "beachside mansion" in the Hamptons for $8.5M. The five-bedroom, four-bathroom beach house spans nearly 7,000 square feet and sits on a 1.2-acre plot. Images of the home "show a large pool and patio space at the back of the house." At the front is a "massive second-floor deck that leads via private walkway directly to the beach" (MANSIONGLOBAL.com, 1/9)....Spurs F LAMARCUS ALDRIDGE has "sold his four-bedroom house" in Newport Beach, Calif., for $8.35M. The two-story home is set on a "half acre on a cul de sac in the gated Crystal Cove community." At 6,832 square feet, the home "includes a full gym with a sauna attached to the master suite" (OCREGISTER.com, 1/8)....Former NFLer QUENTIN JAMMER "sold his home in a gated San Diego community" for $1.455M. The Tuscan-style house, built in '02, "features a remodeled kitchen with two islands, an office/den and a game room in more than 5,200 square feet of living space" (LATIMES.com, 1/10).
