Palmer's Death Draws Front-Page Coverage On Newspapers Nationwide

Arnold Palmer's death last night at the age of 87 crossed over from the sports pages to the front pages of many newspapers across the country this morning, sharing shape with news stories like tonight's presidential debate. Both the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review and Pittsburgh Post-Gazette -- the papers of record for Palmer's hometown of Latrobe, Pa. -- featured the news of Palmer's death atop their front pages. The Tribune-Review went with the headline, "Latrobe Legend Reshaped Golf," while the Post-Gazette notes Palmer "Brought Golf To Masses." Meanwhile, the Orlando Sentinel, which covers Palmer's primary winter residence, dedicated most of its front page to the HOFer, showing a picture of Palmer waving to the gallery with the headline, "Our King." The following is a look at some of the front-page treatment Palmer is receiving today across the country.
