Buyers & Sellers: LeBron's Entourage Buying In L.A.; Pete Carroll Sells Investment Property

Klutch Sports Founder RICH PAUL has "bought a newly built home" in the Beverly Grove area of L.A. for $3M. The purchase "comes roughly 10 months" after his client, Cavaliers F LEBRON JAMES, bought a $21M home in the Brentwood neighborhood and LRMR Management Founder MAVERICK CARTER bought a $3.47M home in the Hollywood Hills (LATIMES.com, 9/12).

LONE STAR PROPERTIES: The family of the late Pro Football HOFer TOM LANDRY is "selling the Texas lake house he built, putting it on the market" for $1.249M. The Landry family "built the five-bedroom house at the nine-unit Peninsula Villas condominium development" around '97 (WSJ.com, 9/12)....Texans DE J.J. WATT has listed his Pearland, Texas, home for $465,000. The 4,169-square-foot, two-story home has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms (HOUSTON CHRONICLE, 9/13).

GREEN ACRES: NBA Kings G JORDAN FARMAR has "put his contemporary-style house in the Las Vegas area on the market" for $3.875M. The 6,185-square-foot contemporary has a number of green features, including "solar panels, intelligent fireplaces and a weather-sensitive irrigation system" (LATIMES.com, 9/13).

MONEY ON THE SIDE: Seahawks coach PETE CARROLL "sold an investment property in Manhattan Beach" for $2.05M, which is $51,000 "over the asking price." The two-story beach house features 1,200 square feet of living space (LATIMES.com, 9/8).
