Clippers G CHRIS PAUL is listing his L.A. home for $11.495M after purchasing the mansion "four years ago from singer-songwriter AVRIL LAVIGNE" for $8.495M. The "two-story Mediterranean sits on half an acre in guard-gated Bel-Air Crest and takes in canyon and reservoir views." The amenities of the 12,184-square-foot home include a "12-seat theater, a billiards room and a gym with a sauna." An elevator in the house "services both floors" (LATIMES.com, 8/19).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Former MLBer GARRET ANDERSON placed his 9,500-square-foot L.A. home "on the market" for $10.995M. The "six-bedroom, 10-bathroom property is set on 1.27 acres." The home includes a "library, brick clad wine cellar, gym, theater, game room and a chef's kitchen boasting a La Cornue range and Carrara marble." The grounds feature "loggias, courtyards and fountains" (OCREGISTER.com, 8/23)....Former MLBer JERMAINE DYE is relisting his San Diego mansion for $3.6M, "down from" the $4.2M asking price from a year ago. The 9,214-square-foot home "features a tropical-themed pool with a waterslide and water falls, elevated jacuzzi accessed by a bridge, theater, game room, formal-style dining and living rooms, cathedral-style ceilings, a cabana and basketball court" (SAN DIEGO UNION-TRIBUNE, 8/25)....Seahawks coach PETE CARROLL listed his L.A. home for around $2M. The 1,200-square-foot home has a "living room with a rolled ceiling, a gallery-style kitchen, a breakfast nook, two bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms" (LATIMES.com, 8/18)....Former NBA Kings coach GEORGE KARL has "sold his home in Sacramento for $910,000." Karl purchased the "remodeled two-story" home in the summer of '15 for $870,000. The 3,180-square-foot house "features subdued hues, modern fixtures and light hardwood floors" (LATIMES.com, 8/23).
