Buyers & Sellers: Rams' Robert Quinn Purchases Newly Built L.A. Home For $4.25M

Rams DE ROBERT QUINN has purchased a "newly built house" in L.A. for $4.25M. The house sits on "more than three-quarters of an acre" and includes a "saltwater swimming pool and spa, a custom theater with soundproof walls and a 770-bottle wine vault set within a wall of glass." Inside the 7,200-square-foot home is a "two-story foyer" and a custom media/family room that has an "80-inch flat-screen TV, built-in surround sound and wet bar" (LATIMES.com, 7/25).

GETTING OUT OF CHI-TOWN: Cavaliers F MIKE DUNLEAVY has listed his "six bedroom, 6,234-square-foot mansion" in Chicago for $4.1M. The four-story mansion has "seven baths, three fireplaces, a limestone facade, an elevator, a roof deck, radiant heat, a master suite with a large walk-in closet, a kitchen with high-end appliances, a butler's pantry, a family room with a fireplace and an attached, heated garage" (CHICAGOTRIBUNE.com, 7/27)....Former NHLer MARTIN LAPOINTE listed his "six-bedroom mansion" in Chicago for $3.199M. Built in '08, the 5,876-square-foot house has "6-1/2 baths, radiant heated floors, millwork, a dining room with wainscoting and designer chandeliers" (CHICAGOTRIBUNE.com, 7/27)....Blackhawks D BRENT SEABROOK listed his "five-bedroom, 4,300-square-foot house" in Chicago for $1.35M. Features of the house include "interior access to a roof deck with skyline views" and a lower level with "high ceilings" (CHICAGOTRIBUNE.com, 7/26).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Warriors F ANDRE IGUODALA has sold his two-story L.A. home for $1.425M. Iguodala purchased the home in '09 for $1.05M. The 3,972-square-foot house features "dark wood and mosaic tile floors, arched doors and vaulted ceilings" (LATIMES.com, 7/26)....Suns C TYSON CHANDLER has sold his two-story L.A. home for $798,000 after purchasing it for $554,000 in '01. The house has a "wide covered patio, a built-in barbecue and a fenced swimming pool and spa" (LATIMES.com, 7/27)....Mets 1B JAMES LONEY listed his San Diego home for $2.495M. The property was built in '03 and has "four bedrooms and five bathrooms in more than 6,000 square feet of space." The interior includes "contemporary hues, lavish chandeliers and light fixtures, thick molding and wainscoting throughout" (LATIMES.com, 7/21)....Late Univ. of Tennessee women's basketball coach PAT SUMMITT's "sprawling home" in Knoxville is listed for sale at $1.225M. The home features "huge decks, a lakeside dock, pool and pool house, along with 260 feet of water frontage" (WBIR.com, 7/26)....Golf HOFer SE RI PAK sold her 2,338-square-foot home in L.A. for $1.1M. The house has an "updated kitchen, a dining area, a great room with a fireplace, three bedrooms and three bathrooms on a single story" (LATIMES.com, 7/22).
