Cowboys Announce New Restaurant To Open Inside AT&T Stadium In The Fall

The Cowboys and Legends Hospitality on Friday announced the addition of the Stadium Club at AT&T Stadium. The 19,000-square-foot restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner daily, with room for up to 650 guests. It is located just inside the venue's main entrance, operating next to the Cowboys Pro Shop (Cowboys). Ft. Worth-based KXAS-NBC noted the Stadium Club moniker is a "familiar name going back to Texas Stadium in Irving." On game days, it will be "open to season ticket and suite holders only." The Cowboys "have not said specifically when the restaurant will be open" (NBCDFW.com, 6/24). In Dallas, Korri Kezar noted the Stadium Club "will be open to club members on game days and the general public during the week." Season ticket and suite holders "can also purchase all-inclusive dining memberships for Cowboys home games" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 6/24). In Ft. Worth, David Humphrey noted the restaurant "will include a large seamless video wall surrounding each bar, a video wall behind the host stand and 20 flat screens throughout" (FT. WORTH STAR-TELEGRAM, 6/25).

NEW MODEL
: Stadium Club memberships cost $3,500 a year for a three-year commitment and $3,000 annually for a five-year agreement, according to Cowboys Exec VP/Business Operations Chad Estis. Michael Mina's Bourbon Steak & Pub at Levi’s Stadium served as the model for the new restaurant at AT&T Stadium, said Cowboys Exec VP, COO & Dir of Player Personnel Stephen Jones. In Santa Clara, where Legends helped market the 3-year-old stadium, Michael Mina’s sells an all-inclusive pregame tailgate package in addition to serving lunch and dinner year-round. The Mina tailgate package at 49ers games start at $5,000 for one year and tiers down for multiyear commitments. “They had success with it and we think we can do the same,” Jones said. “It’s a great amenity on game day and for stadium tours and special events on non-game days. We used to have the old Texas Stadium club in the end zone [in Irving] but we’ve never really had a sit-down place (at AT&T Stadium)” (Don Muret, Staff Writer).
