Top HS Hoops Recruit Terrance Ferguson Expected To Turn Pro, Sign With Under Armour

Terrance Ferguson, a five-star basketball recruit who has signed to play at Arizona, is "expected to play overseas" next year and is likely to "sign a deal with Under Armour," according to a source cited by Jerry Meyer of 247SPORTS.com. Ferguson's travel team "was sponsored by Under Armour." He would become the third player to forgo college basketball in order to turn pro immediately after high school and play overseas, joining Emmanuel Mudiay and Brandon Jennings. Both Mudiay and Jennings, who both went on to become top-10 NBA Draft picks, "signed with Under Armour while taking the overseas route" (247SPORTS.com, 6/6).
