LUNCH TALK: Supreme Court Justices RUTH BADER GINSBURG and SONIA SOTOMAYOR yesterday participated in a panel discussion at the Smithsonian. The two talked about how the Justices "meet regularly in an elegant conference room for lunch." But Ginsburg said that she "doesn't participate when the conversation turns to sports."
