In Houston, Matt Young reported adidas has signed a multiyear deal with Texans WR DeAndre Hopkins that will make him the "face of adidas Football's adizero franchise." He will be "featured in a variety of adidas Football marketing campaigns" and will work with the company on new products. Hopkins this summer will begin to appear in "marketing initiatives across multiple adidas sport categories and adidas Originals." Other NFL players endorsing adidas are Packers QB Aaron Rodgers, Redskins CB Josh Norman, Chiefs S Eric Berry and Titans RB DeMarco Murray (CHRON.com, 5/24).

KRIS KROSSED: In Chicago, Josh Noel noted Cubs 3B Kris Bryant is "already in the baseball spotlight," but he also has a deal with Express that puts his face "on a billboard across the street from Wrigley Field." Bryant said, "It's important to do things you enjoy off the field because, if you just focus on baseball, you can go crazy. It's such a tough game with a lot of failure, so for me to do things like this, it's fun" (CHICAGOTRIBUNE.com, 5/24).

SUMMER OF LOVE: In Cleveland, Joey Morona noted Cavaliers F Kevin Love will be featured in a "new series of in-store displays and billboards for Banana Republic" that are scheduled to debut next week. Love will be shown wearing the chain's "contemporary summer suit collection." This marks the "second campaign" Love has appeared in for Banana Republic (CLEVELAND.com, 5/24).

MILK MEN: The NFL Cardinals have signed a deal with Arizona-based Danzeisen Dairy that will see the team's logo put on the company's milk bottles. The bottles will be available across the region, and a portion of proceeds from each sale benefits Cardinals Charities (Cardinals).
