Jaguars Introducing Dynamic Pricing For '16; Continue Renovations To EverBank Field

The Jaguars this season are introducing "dynamic pricing" for single-game tickets and continuing variable pricing, according to Ryan O'Halloran of the FLORIDA TIMES-UNION. Jaguars Senior VP/Sales & Service Chad Johnson said that home games against the Broncos and Packers "will be at the highest tier of variable pricing." The other five games "will be slotted based on opponent and when the game is being played." Johnson added that the team had 45,000 season-ticket holders in '15, and renewals "are at a four-year high." Monday is the final day to renew season-tickets "under the team's loyalty program." Johnson: "This is my fourth season and we have five times the number of renewals at this stage than any of those other years." He also added that the team has "five times as many 'new sales'" (JACKSONVILLE.com, 3/2).

EVER-BUSY AT EVERBANK: The TIMES-UNION's O'Halloran notes the Jaguars yesterday also showed the media EverBank Field's west side club area, where "all of the club seats" had been removed. Most on the east side also "have been removed." Renovations will reduce capacity by 2,700 seats, and there will "no longer be a 300 level of seats." The new club area will have "18 sections apiece on the east and west sides" and two viewing decks each. Johnson said the Jaguars "fully intend" to sell out the club area. He added that existing club-seat season-ticket holders will "have a seat available to purchase despite the reduced capacity" (FLORIDA TIMES-UNION, 3/3).
