Brewers Commission New Master Plan For Miller Park Concessions, Hospitality

Howard and Sergi, a newly formed industry consultancy, has struck a partnership with the Brewers to develop a new overall food and beverage hospitality master plan for Miller Park. The project involves every facet of the ballpark’s fan services operations, and will seek to more deeply tie into the local Milwaukee food scene. “They have asked us to move away from our comfort zone and how we see and operate facility concessions, and to understand that our new approach needs to be comprehensive,” said Brewers COO Rick Schlesinger. “Every improvement in the dining experience needs to be a reflective of a master plan, a concept to move the typical ballpark concessions to a new level.” Howard and Sergi have previously worked with Palace Sports & Entertainment and have consulted on the Rams' planned Inglewood stadium.
