Buyers & Sellers: Carson Palmer's 8,000-Square-Foot Home On The Market At $24.995M

NFL Cardinals QB CARSON PALMER "has put a contemporary-style house" in Del Mar, Calif. on the market at $24.995M. The three-story, 8,000-square-foot home with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms "was built last year." The house is "designed for entertaining and casual indoor-outdoor living," and it "includes such custom features [as] an infinity-edge swimming pool, a bocce ball court, a sports court, an open-air living room and an outdoor kitchen/wet bar." A lower-level gym "has sliding doors that open to a tennis/sports court." Elsewhere, an oversized garage "has parking for as many as 10 cars" (LATIMES.com, 11/23).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Former NHLer CRAIG JANNEY "is selling his Scottsdale home" for $2.395M. The Tuscan-style home with almost 4,900 square feet of space "has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a chef's kitchen and billiard's room" (ARIZONA REPUBLIC, 11/24)....Golfer JUSTIN LEONARD has paid $9M for a home in Aspen with "five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms in 5,500 square feet of living space." The house features a "sweeping staircase, a media room with a wet bar and French doors that open to an outdoor dining area and fire pit" (LATIMES.com, 11/22)....49ers OT JOE STALEY is "selling his home in San Jose" for $1.89M. His 2,538-square-foot, ranch-style house in the Willow Glen area "has four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms on a single level" (LATIMES.com, 11/22).
