Plethora Of New Partners Lining Up For Warriors Following NBA Championship Season

Following their NBA championship last season, the Warriors have "lined up new partners" in American Express, audio electronics company JBL, Domino's Pizza, private air charter service XOJet "and others," according to Ron Leuty of the S.F. BUSINESS TIMES. The team also has "inked new sponsorship deals and carved out new, partner-backed premium seating areas in Oracle Arena." For distillery Beam Suntory, the Warriors "converted a storage area into the Effen Vodka Penthouse with 40 mid-court suite seats and 10 standing-room spots." A lower-bowl area that "for years was reserved for an in-game band was converted to seating, still branded under Cache Creek Casino Resort." Meanwhile, AmEx is the "latest Warriors gold alliance partner," and the company's multiyear deal "slaps its logos on covers and kick plates of floor-level seats." AmEx also will be the "official card" of the Warriors. JBL now is the "'official audio sound' of the Warriors, replete with customized blue-and-gold Warriors-branded ear buds and JBL-branded speakers on top of the arena's main video board." Modelo Cantina and Sage Beverages' Shanghai Burro brand also have "newly branded food court space and a built-out bar" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 11/11).
