SUSAN SMITH, the longtime director of Auburn Univ.’s licensing and trademark office, is leaving her alma mater to join CLC. Smith will be based out of Mobile, Ala., and will report to CLC Senior VP & Managing Director CORY MOSS out of Atlanta. At CLC, Smith will be Dir of Partner Programs, a new position that will provide CLC client schools counsel and education with on-campus issues and business opportunities. She will start Oct. 15. In a memo to CLC staff, Moss also said Smith will work with schools on training and best practices. Moss: "Susan is a respected 30-year industry veteran who has hands-on experience in all areas of collegiate licensing, including how to build strong cross-campus relationships and community collaboration” (Michael Smith, Staff Writer).

EXECS: UFC named Fox Sports VP/Ad Sales PETER VESEY Senior VP/Agency Partnerships (UFC)....The CFL promoted Senior Dir of Business Development TYLER MAZEREEUW to the newly created position of VP/Corporate Partnerships. Senior Associate AD & Diversity Inclusion Officer ED SCOTT and Northern Arizona Univ. Senior Associate AD and Senior Woman Administrator TANYA VOGEL Senior Associate ADs. GW also promoted Associate AD/Health & Wellness ANDRE JULIEN to Senior Associate AD (GW)....Connecticut-based sponsorship measurement firm SRi named former research firm Ipsos VP CRAIG BLOOMQUIST VP & Group Dir (SRi).
