ESPN has promoted STACEY FITCH to VP/Production Operations, where she will oversee the production operation groups in Bristol and Charlotte, plus the Wide World of Sports facility in Orlando. A 19-year ESPN veteran, Fitch will have “dotted-line management of the Production Operations team in Los Angeles,” according to an internal memo. Most recently, she was Senior Coordinating Producer managing network operations for ESPN’s domestic and international channels (John Ourand, Staff Writer).

EXECS: The Packers promoted Exec Committee member THOMAS OLSON to VP & Lead Dir, replacing LARRY WEYERS, "who reached mandatory retirement age of 70." The team also elected SUSAN FINCO to its Exec Committee. Finco "is one of about 10 women in the history of the board and the first to ascend to the executive committee" (GREEN BAY PRESS-GAZETTE, 7/29)....The Univ. of Nebraska named Dr. TODD STULL Dir of Sports Psychology. Stull, who had "previously worked as a consulting psychiatrist" for the school, "becomes NU's first full-time sports psychiatrist" (OMAHA.com, 7/27)....Ingersoll Rand Power Tools named JOHN HEENEY Dir of Business Development for Motorsports (THE DAILY).
