Sources said that she and her son, TYLER KORFF, "will serve on a seven-person board alongside lawyers" NORMAN JACOBS and LEONARD LEWIN. A source added that Shari "may decide to sell CBS and keep Viacom" (N.Y. POST, 5/7).
