Attorney DARREN HEITNER, who reps Official Brands Inc., yesterday said that a "civil lawsuit was filed" in Dallas County against Roc Nation Sports. Official Brands created Cowboys WR DEZ BRYANT's "official website and designed and sold merchandise featuring the receiver’s brand." The lawsuit contends Roc Nation -- which reps Bryant -- committed “tortious interference." The lawsuit requests a "jury trial and seeks damages of more than $200,000 but not more" than $1M (DALLAS MORNING NEWS, 4/22).
