Marruci Sports named former Louisville Slugger Professional Baseball Sales Dir CHUCK SCHUPP MLB Player Relations Rep. Schupp had been the face of Louisville Slugger for three decades before retiring in '14. With his non-competitor clause having expired, he will immediately begin working for Marucci (USATODAY.com, 4/14).

WITH THE FIRST PICK...: DraftKings named former NASCAR Brand & Consumer Marketing Communications Dir SABRINA MACIAS its first full-time Communications Dir. Macias succeeds VP/Communications FEMI WASSERMAN, who has worked at DraftKings part-time since '12 and will continue to work for the company on special projects. Macias began working on Monday and reports to CEO JASON ROBINS. She left NASCAR at the end of last year (PRWEEK.com, 4/14).

EXECS: Park Lane named Capital R Investments Founder THOMAS RUDY VP. Rudy began his career in sports investment banking as an analyst for Citigroup's Sports Advisory Group, where he worked with European soccer, NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB and MLS execs. Rudy will be based out of Florida and will advise on the buying and selling of major and minor league teams (Park Lane)....Louisiana-based Delta Downs Racetrack named MATT CRAWFORD Racing Secretary (Delta Downs)....The Indiana Sports Corp named BRIAN BURDICK, ANDY CONNER, HAL DARRING, LISA LEE, KATHLEEN MCNEELY and KRISTA SKIDMORE to its BOD (Indiana Sports Corp).
