Hurricanes Change Season-Ticket Options, With Rewards Favoring Full-Season Buyers

Hurricanes full-season ticket holders "will receive more benefits and rewards than those of mini-plan holders" in '15-16, according to Chip Alexander of the Raleigh NEWS & OBSERVER. Among those benefits are "access to 'Inside the Front Office' calls with management, an annual full-season ticket-holder gift and the largest return on food and beverage credit and ticket vouchers." The team's mini-plans "have been reduced from 26-game and 12-game packages to 22-game and 11-game 'flex' plans," and include customizable pricing with options "broken into three pricing tiers: bronze, silver and gold." The same variable pricing options "will apply to individual tickets, with each of the 41 regular-season home games identified as a gold, silver or bronze game." All fans who "renew or purchase new seats will be entered for a chance to win one of the 30 prizes to be given away between March 6 and April 4, which include a trip with the team to a road game, a trip to the 2015 NHL Draft, game-worn jerseys and unique game experiences" (Raleigh NEWS & OBSERVER, 3/4).
