Desert Dish: Super Bowl Parties Rage On In And Around Phoenix

IMG and former Senior Corporate VP SANDY MONTAG hosted execs, talent and athletes at Mastros Ocean Club in Scottsdale on Thursday night. Spotted at the party were ESPN's TREY WINGO and SCOTT VAN PELT, Modell's Sporting Goods CEO MITCH MODELL, Bruin Sports Capital's GEORGE PYNE, IMG VP CARLOS FLEMING, Visa Senior VP/Global Brand, Product & Sponsorship Marketing RICARDO FORT, Fox' TERRY BRADSHAW and Former NFLer ARCHIE MANNING. Meanwhile, the Super Bowl 50 Host Committee held a Media Reception on Thursday night at Herberger Theater Center (THE DAILY).

FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS: ESPN on Friday night is hosting an "invitation-only party" at WestWorld in Scottsdale featuring CHARLI XCX and J. COLE. Elsewhere, KID ROCK is performing at the Coors Light Birds Nest, while IMAGINE DRAGONS and SNOOP DOGG are among the acts at DirectTV's Super Fan Festival at the Pendergast Family Farm. Meanwhile, LIL WAYNE and WAKA FLOCKA FLAME are hosting the '15 Pre Super Bowl Party in a tent outside Michael's Cafe in Phoenix. NELLY is hosting Playboy's Super Bowl Party on the Wet Pool Deck of W Scottsdale. RICK ROSS is hosting his 1st & Ten Kickoff Concert and Party at Scottsdale Amphitheater. BIG DADDY KANE, RAKIM and KRS-ONE will be attending Superfest 2K15 at Celebrity Theatre. LUDACRIS is performing at INTL Nightclub, while ELI YOUNG BAND plays at the Westgate Entertainment District. Pro Football HOFers EMMITT SMITH and STEVE YOUNG, as well as former NFLers DONOVAN MCNABB and KWAMIE LASSITER will be in attendance at the 14th annual NFL Players' Wives Fashion Show. Proceeds from the event benefit the Fresh Start Women's Foundation and The Kwamie Lassiter Foundation. The ESPN Sport Science Newton Awards will be held at Scottsdale Amphitheater. Supermodels ADRIANA LIMA, LILY ALDRIDGE, BEHATI PRINSLOO and ERIN HEATHERTON are hosting the 12th annual Leather & Laces party on Friday and Saturday, with GABE SAPORTA and VICTORIA ASHER performing (AZCENTRAL.com, 1/27)....NICK LACHEY is hosting the VH1 + Papa John's Super Bowl Blitz: A Concert for the Troops at Luke Air Force Base, headlined by FALL OUT BOY and Charli XCX (VH1).

SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER: Super Bowl halftime show performer KATY PERRY and her "95-person entourage bought out the tiny Rum Bar Jamaican restaurant and bar in downtown Phoenix," for a Saturday night party. The restaurant is "famous for home-style island food and more than 137 rums" (AZCENTRAL.com, 1/29)....RIHANNA is headlining Super Saturday Night at Pendergast Family Farm. NICKI MINAJ is hosting a PinkPrint Party at Oceans Seven. DRAKE is hosting the Bootsy Bellows Arizona Takeover at W Scottsdale. Travel Channel's ANDREW ZIMMERN and actress ALYSSA MILANO are hosting the Taste of the NFL's Party with a Purpose at WestWorld, with LITTLE BIG TOWN performing. AFROJACK is performing at the Coors Light Birds Nest. JASON ALDEAN, DIERKS BENTLEY and FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE are performing at CBS Radio's Night Before at US Airways Center. THE ROOTS are performing on the Pepsi Hyped for Halftime Stage as part of Verizon Super Bowl Central in downtown Phoenix. STEVEN TYLER and Charli XCX are playing the Rolling Stone Party at Venue Scottsdale. NBC's SETH MEYERS is hosting the NFL Honors awards ceremony (AZCENTRAL.com, 1/27)....Nationals manager MATT WILLIAMS and his wife ERIKA, along with MARK WAHLBERG and director MICHAEL BAY, co-host the Big Game, Big Give party in Paradise Valley.
