MLS Expansion Club Orlando City SC Signs Multiyear Deal With Local Credit Union

MLS expansion club Orlando City SC today will announce that it has signed a multiyear partnership with Central Florida-based financial institution Fairwinds Credit Union to become its official credit union and one of its founding partners. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Under the terms of the partnership, Fairwinds will be given branding and on-site activation during Orlando City’s '15 season at the Citrus Bowl, as well as in ’16, when the team moves into its new stadium in downtown Orlando. The credit union will also use Orlando City’s marks and logos in its own promotions and marketing campaigns. Fairwinds will launch an official Orlando City SC Visa debit card featuring the team’s logo, which will be available to customers beginning in December.
