AD JARED MOSLEY President & CEO after 17-year Exec Dir STEVE FALLON retired (AP, 8/23)....Maryland-based WNST-AM Founder NESTOR APARICIO on Friday morning "laid off" five employees: DREW FORRESTER, GLENN CLARK, RYAN CHELL, PAUL KOPELKE and ASHLEY BISHOFF. The only full-time, on-air employees "reportedly still at the station are Aparacio and LUKE JONES, who covers the Ravens for the station." Aparicio in a post "wrote at length about changes in his personal life" (Baltimore SUN, 8/23)....Octagon Account Dir CHRIS MADIGAN left the agency after 10 years. The Charlotte-based exec spent the last five years working on media relations for Sprint's title sponsorship of NASCAR's top series (Tripp Mickle, Staff Writer).
