  • NBA Regular-Season Attendance Relatively Flat; Bulls Lead For Fifth Straight Season

    NBA teams averaged 17,408 fans per game during the ’13-14 regular season, relatively flat compared to last season (+0.3%). The average is the best since ‘08-09. This season also marked the 11th straight campaign with league capacity at 90% or better. The Bulls lead all teams for the fifth consecutive season with an average of 21,716 fans per game. Despite missing the playoffs, the Pelicans and Kings led all teams in gains this season, with both clubs up nearly 19% at the gate. Also seeing strong gains were the Pacers, up 15% at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. A few clubs saw double-digit declines this season. The 76ers had the sharpest drop, down 17%, while the T-Wolves were down 11% and the Bucks were down 10% (THE DAILY).
