Nielsen Global Client Service President MITCH BARNS will "become CEO of the company" in '14, succeeding DAVID CALHOUN, who becomes Exec Chair. Current Exec Chair JAMES KILTS "will remain a company director" after leaving the post (ADWEEK.com, 11/6).
