A source said that the moves "were not cost-cutting and each position will be filled" (WASHINGTONPOST.com, 10/29)....An MLS Fire team official has "confirmed" that team President of Soccer Operations JAVIER LEÓN "is out."  The source "did not indicate if more front office changes are planned" (CHICAGOTRIBUNE.com, 10/30).
