NFL Network Begins Regular-Season Game Coverage In 71.9 Million U.S. Homes

NFL Network begins its slate of regular-season games tomorrow night, and the net is seeing distribution to 71.9 million homes in September. That figure is up from 61.2 million last September, which was right before the net struck a carriage deal with Time Warner Cable. ESPN is in 98.9 million homes in September, the net's best mark since July '12. FS1 is in 89.2 million homes, well above the previous distribution record for Speed (86.6 million last February). There are four cable nets in over 100 million homes this month, the most since April '12.

Listed below are the top 10 U.S. cable nets in terms of distribution for the month of September, as well as distribution for nets with significant sports content.
