ESPN promoted VP/Marketing AARON TAYLOR to Senior VP/Marketing, replacing CAROL KRUSE, whose contract was not renewed. An ESPN spokesperson said, "In contemplating a renewed commitment to ESPN, Carol decided to pursue other business opportunities." Taylor will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of the ESPN brand, including domestic TV, digital, radio and print media assets. Taylor most recently managed the development of marketing strategies behind ESPN's "MNF" and other NFL-related programming, as well as ESPN’s coverage of the NBA, MLB, soccer, golf and tennis (THE DAILY).
