Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic Signs Media Rights Extension With DC United
Published April 4, 2013
Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic extended its media rights deal with MLS DC United for another three years, running through the ‘15 season. The deal will have the Baltimore- and DC-area RSN produce 16 games per season, in addition to shoulder programming like pre- and postgame shows. The deal also makes CSN Mid-Atlantic the official sports network for the club. The channel has carried DC United games since the league's inception in '96.
