Under Armour Senior VP/Footwear GENE MCCARTHY is resigning effective Feb. 22. COO KIP FULKS will assume McCarthy's responsibilities and continue to oversee the company's operations division (Under Armour).

MiLB NOTES: The Double-A Texas League Arkansas Travelers named Interim GM PAUL ALLEN GM (Travelers)....Single-A Midwest League Quad Cities River Bandits GM STEFANIE BROWN stepped down Tuesday. Brown will stay with the team in a substantial, but yet-to-be-determined role (River Bandits)....Rutgers named Single-A South Atlantic League Lakewood BlueClaws GM GEOFF BROWN Senior Associate AD & CMO. Brown will begin his new position Feb. 11. He was the first employee of the BlueClaws in '99 (BlueClaws).

EXECS: Adams Golf VP/Research & Development TIM REED "has left" the company and has joined Callaway Golf as Senior VP/Product Strategy & Management. Reed is "reuniting" with Callaway President & CEO CHIP BREWER, who was with Adams until February '12. Reed said that he will "coordinate all product strategy," including working with R&D, sales, marketing and operations initiatives (GOLFWEEK.com, 1/21)....Bucks GM JOHN HAMMOND yesterday "received a three-year contract extension" that keeps him with the franchise through '15-16 (MILWAUKEE JOURNAL SENTINEL, 1/24)....CFL Calgary Stampeders President & COO LYLE BAUER yesterday announced his resignation (CALGARY SUN, 1/24)....Learfield Sports promoted Penn State Sports Properties GM PAT FAGAN and Univ. of Iowa Hawkeye Sports Properties GM CHUCK SCHROEDER to VP (Learfield).
