Overnight Ratings: ESPN's NASCAR Sprint Cup From Texas Down From '11

Weekend sports overnights were led by coverage of the NFL and college football. ESPN earned a 2.5 overnight for its coverage of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series AAA Texas 500 yesterday, down 11% from a 2.8 for the same race last year. NBC also aired its first-ever MLS playoff game on Sunday afternoon, earning a 0.3 for the first leg of the Sporting KC-Dynamo Eastern Conference Semifinal.
