Phillips accuses STACEY MCALPINE, as well as McAlpine’s parents, GERALD and EUGENIA, of "breaches of contract, trust and fiduciary duty as well as conversion, fraud, fraudulent and negligent misrepresentation, conspiracy, oppression and unjust enrichment" (GLOBE & MAIL, 9/12).
