Execs Feel Proximity Of Olympics To U.S. Open Will Have No Effect On Fan Interest

The majority of sports execs feel that there will be no effect on fan interest in tennis’ U.S. Open with the event being held immediately following the Summer Olympics, according to data from a Turnkey Sports Poll. Fifty-two percent of respondents said the Olympics would have no effect, while 31% felt there would be higher interest than in previous years. Fifteen-percent of execs felt there would be lower interest (Turnkey Sports).
