MLL Attendance Down 12.6% From Record-Setting Figure Last Season

Major League Lacrosse averaged 5,609 fans per game during the '12 regular season, down 12.6% from last season's record-setting figure. The '12 average is still up from two seasons ago. The Boston Cannons led the league in attendance this season, marking the first time a club other than the Denver Outlaws has led MLL at the gate since '06. Despite a first-place finish in the regular season standings, the Outlaws saw attendance drop 31.1% from last season's MLL-record 12,331 fans per game.
