YOUTH MOVEMENT: In Charlotte, Caroline McMillan noted NFL Panthers Owner JERRY RICHARDSON, this year's honorary chairman of the Charlotte Observer's Summer Camp Fund, last week spent a morning at YMCA Camp Thunderbird answering questions from campers ages 11-16. Richardson, using a legal pad, "wrote five core values and showed them to the campers: hard work, harmony, teamwork, listen and respect." Richardson said that respect "is most important." He said that someone could work for the Panthers "without having a (perfect) 10 on the first four values." Richardson: "But I have zero tolerance if you don't show respect.
