Excel Sports Management agent MARK STEINBERG, who reps TIGER WOODS, was “arrested on DWI and aggravated DWI charges” Saturday night in Ardsley, N.Y. (AP, 6/3). Steinberg in an e-mail said, “It’s a medical issue that I was dealing with.
