Execs said the price of tickets is the area of sports business that will face the most challenges to continue growing at its current rate, according to a Turnkey Sports Poll taken in February. Forty-seven percent of execs said ticket prices would be most challenged to maintain current growth, while 16% said player salaries. Forty-one percent of execs also said the NBA faces the most scrutiny from its fans and the media for its ticket prices, followed by the NFL.
