SBJ/SBD Opening: Staff Writer Position In NYC

SportsBusiness Journal/Daily has an opening for a Staff Writer/Reporter with the main coverage areas being soccer (MLS) and hockey (NHL). The position is based in New York City. Staff writers are expected to beat their competitors on every business story of significance. They should aim to produce a minimum of three, and an average of four, stories for SportsBusiness Journal each week with additional copy for SportsBusiness Daily as reporting and news dictates. They are expected to conceive and produce in-depth, multi-part packages of stories periodically during the year, as well.
