Overnight Ratings: CBS' Navy-Army Up 14%; Heisman Ceremony On ESPN Up 21%

Navy's 10th consecutive win over Army earned a 4.0 overnight on CBS on Saturday afternoon, marking the weekend's best non-NFL sports rating. That figure is up 14% from a 3.5 overnight last year. ESPN's coverage of the Heisman Trophy Presentation led all sports telecasts on cable with a 2.9 overnight, up 21% from last year. Following the ceremony, ESPN earned a 1.6 overnight for the premiere of "The Marinovich Project," which was down 11% from a 1.8 for the premiere of "Pony Excess" following last year's ceremony. Indiana's last-second win over No. 1-ranked Kentucky was the highest-rated college basketball game of the weekend. ESPN earned a 2.9 overnight for the game from 5:30-7:30pm ET on Saturday.

TNT’s Stan Van Gundy, ESPN’s Tim Reed, NBA Playoffs and NFL Draft
