Final Ratings: Tiger's Win Boosts Chevron Challenge Audience On NBC, Golf Channel

NBC finished with a 2.4 rating for the final round of the Chevron World Challenge last Sunday, which saw Tiger Woods earn his first victory in two years with a one shot win over Zach Johnson. That rating is tied with Woods’ second-place finish last year as the highest-rated final round for the event in eight years. Golf Channel also averaged 1.2 million viewers for live and replay coverage of the second round on Friday, marking the best early round audience since the tournament began in ’99.
