The Bengals have the sharpest decline (-20.6%), while the Dolphins are also down double digits (-13.8%), for games at Sun Life Stadium. In Indianapolis, the winless Colts are still averaging over 100% capacity. The Patriots, Ravens, Texans and Titans also have had capacity crowds at each of their respective home games.
