The Raptors named former 76ers GM ED STEFANSKI Exec VP/Basketball Operations, reporting to President & GM BRYAN COLANGELO (Raptors)....ANDREW GOULD is stepping down as head of sports for NYC & Co., the city’s tourism board. He is leaving for Bike N.Y., where he will join his predecessor, KEN PODZIBA, who left NYC & Co. to run the N.Y. bike group in '10. Gould was the contact person for sports in N.Y.’s influential tourism agency. He will now be the COO of Bike N.Y., which stages the annual five-borough bike tour (Daniel Kaplan, SportsBusiness Journal)....NCAA VP/D-I Women's Basketball SUE DONOHOE is resigning effective the end of November. Donohoe in a statement said that she is leaving the organization for family and personal reasons (INDYSTAR.com, 10/26)....The Triple-A PCL Omaha Storm Chasers promoted LAURIE SCHLENDER to Assistant GM of Business Operations (Storm Chasers).
