Quick Change: Team Store At New Meadowlands Stadium Wins Seven Retail Design Awards

New Meadowlands Stadium’s team store has won seven retail design awards tied to its ability to quickly rebrand the facility for the Jets and Giants. The 9,600-square-foot Flagship Store Powered by Reebok has customized LED lighting that with a flip of the switch can turn the store green or blue depending on which NFL club is the home team on game day. In addition, the revolving perimeter displays enable workers to make an easy switch of merchandise. Six of the seven awards are from national retail design organizations, three alone from the Association for Retail Environments. Delaware North Sportservice, the stadium’s food and retail provider, operates the store. It opened last August.
