Broadcasting & Cable/Multichannel News Announce '11 "Women In The Game" Honorees

Broadcasting & Cable and Multichannel News have announced their ’11 “Women in the Game” honorees, a group of 12 women in the sports television industry who “rose to high positions through perseverance, determination and a willingness to bring a teamwork approach to whatever they’ve had to overcome.” The women “extend across all areas of the industry,” and have overseen “everything from network launches to providing trucks to film Olympics to marketing a small sports net in a big way.” Below is a complete list of the honorees (BROADCASTING & CABLE, 7/11 issue).
