Bickmeier said Martinsville Speedway President CLAY CAMPBELL "is going to come up to give us a hand for a little while." In Richmond, Vic Dorr Jr. writes, "Fritz had the misfortune of running the track during an industry-wide malaise created by a sluggish economy." Attendance "has dipped in recent years." FILLING ANOTHER OPENING: Time Warner Cable announced another hire for its new sports division, bringing on DAN FINNERTY as TWC Sports Senior VP. A former Comcast exec, Finnerty will report to TWC Sports President DAVID RONE.
